Our SQE 2 Tutoring team comprise of a barrister with Civil litigation practice experience. He is used to providing clear, practical advice and robust representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. With this insight in Civil Litigation he can navigate complex legal frameworks and deliver creative solutions to students and help them tackle  dispute resolution problems and briefs. 

Property Law and Practice

We have a solicitor specialising in Property Law who also teaches Property Law and Practice, She combines practical experience with academic knowledge. This dual expertise can provide unique insights into both the practical and theoretical aspects of property law.

Business Law and Practice

We have a Company Law solicitor that specialises in Business Law and Practice, potentially alongside a focus on Company Law. These areas overlap significantly, especially in professional legal training like the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE 2) that can help with preparing students drafting or client interviewing.

Criminal Litigation and Procedure

We have a tutor with over 20 years of experience working on undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, including the new SQE FLK1 and FLK2 prep courses, she is confident in her ability to provide high-quality tutoring services to students. She has taught on a range of subjects, but her specialist area is criminal law and criminal litigation.

Wills and Intestacy, Probate Administration and Practice

We have a Wills, Intestacy, Probate Administration, and Practice tutor that focuses on teaching students the practical and theoretical aspects of estate planning, administration, and succession law. Our tutor is a barrister with many years Chancery Courts experience, that can help with Practice Questions by test knowledge using real-life case studies, drafting exercises, which evaluate clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal standards. Further by using mock probate applications, and by walk through filing a complete probate application. One aspect includes client interview role-play and assessing communication and ability to identify client needs.

How we teach SQE 2

By using a team of tutors to prepare a student for the SQE 2 we develop practice-oriented skills and combine this with helping students to help them make a study plan, where they can plan their weekly study time, method, and skill assessment around a team of 5 tutors. Cover practice questions are such as those available on the SRA website within each subject. We provide study guides which include FLK and SQE2 prep.

With each of the multi-disciplinary tutors you can practice exams let you apply your knowledge and abilities. Each Tutor will assist the student to create blurs, which they can memorise one or two pages of subject notes. Each tutor will practice oral skills and then help you compare your approach to exemplars. There is no better preparation course to help you succeed, for test preparation, materials and direction. Mock practice stations with actors are available with each tutor.
